Say Nothing, Change Nothing

The ‘Say Nothing, Change Nothing’ Campaign

Stereotypes are all around us: in the TV shows we watch; the books we read; and the stories we see on social media. They force us to make judgemental decisions about people before we’ve even met them. And they’ve led us to discriminate against groups of people over generations.

Stereotyping happens all around us every day. They are a part of everyday life – but they don’t have to be.

When people speak out against stereotypes, they help break down the harmful beliefs and discrimination that holds people back. We want people to break stereotypes by safely speaking up when they see them in action. Because if we say nothing, we change nothing.

We have put together the Unstereotype 101 Guide to help you educate yourself, your family and friends on how to speak up and act against stereotypes.

We believe in an equal world, a world free of stereotypes. Help us build it.
